PAYMENT METHOD
Payments on www.hotnrare.com and www.hotnrare.it are safe and guaranteed and can be issued in the followin ways:
Certified COD
Payment will be made in the hands of courier upon delivery of the items ordered. Maximum amount for orders with COD payment in cash is fixed in euro 999,99.
Advance wire transfer
If you chose to pay by wire transfer, your order will be kept on hold until the amount will be credited to our bank account. Payment has to be made in the following 3 days from order date. After that date has expired, the order will be canceled. Order number, and full name of the customer has to be included in the wire transfer information.
The availability of the items ordered will be checked only after the payment has been received.

Credit Card
When the payment is done by credit card, the bank will authorize charging the account only for an amount equal to the amount invoiced. If the order is canceled or not accepted buy HNR srl, the cancellation of the transaction and the refund of the amount charged will be requested.
Time for refund to be performed depend exclusively on the banking procedures (it can get as long as 24 days after it has been authorized). HNR srl can not be held liable for these delays and potential damages caused by these delays. HNR srl can ask the customer for additional informations or documents to assure that the card used belong to the customer himself. If the customer does not supply the required informations to HNR srl, HNR srl can refuse to continue processing with the order. In no moment of the processing of orders made using credit cards can HNR srl become aware of personal data relating to the customer, provided the informations are supplied directly to the secure payment system provided on our website by our bank.
HNR srl can not therefore be held responsible for any fraud relating to the use of credit cards by third parties in orders placed on our webshop. Upon confirming the order the credit card data supplied will be directly transmitted to our bank by a safe connection, for authorization of the payment.
NEVER, IN ANY CASE WE WILL RECEIVE THE CARD DETAILS. HNR srl will only receive the authorization supplied by the credit card company. This procedure is perfectly safe and provides a safety guarantee that covers completely both the customer and the seller.
