Informazioni
Multi-X-Creen is a two-part windshield with individually adjustable windshield edge (spoiler).
This leads to excellent appearance and functionality.
To adjust the spoiler of Multi-X-Creen, simply bring the rotary knobs in a horizontal position. This can easily be done without tools. On the following pages, we show you some examples which will help you find the optimum position for your Multi-X-Creen. Enjoy driving and drive safely at all times!
Never adjust your Multi-X-Creen while you are driving! Do not risk losing focus due to this distraction!
- Initial position (highest position)
Adjustment: The braces are approximately parallel to the shield, the spoiler extends the base shield in a straight line.
Effect: The conditions are now similar to a standard windshield. - Neutral position (with rear flow)
Adjustment: The braces are turned upwards, the spoiler is parallel to the base shield but slightly opened.
Effect: In this position, the spoiler already reduces turbulences and wind pressure since the air flow behind the spoiler reduces swirling at the end of the shield. - Deflector position (with rear flow)
Adjustment: The braces are turned upwards and slightly forward, the spoiler is more steep than the basic shield with an air gap of 10-20 mm.
Effect: This is one of the most comfortable positions since a smooth, virtually turbulence-free air flow is achieved by the opening angles. - Repelling position (with slight rear flow)
Adjustment: The braces are turned upwards and slightly forward, the spoiler is more steep than the basic shield with a mimimum gap.
Effect: The wind pressure is deflected upwards which may cause slight swirling. - Repelling position (no rear flow)
Adjustment: The braces are turned upwards, the spoiler is underneath the basic shield and is turned steeply upwards.
Effect: The spoiler acts as a tear-off edge which reduces wind pressure but causes more or less swirling depending on the size of the driver. - Inflow
Adjustment: The braces are turned upwards, the spoiler is parallel to the ground.
Effect: On hot sommer days, a cooling inflow can be more comfortable than the slipstream behind the windshield. - Offroad
Adjustment: The spoiler is completely folded in behind the windshield.
Effect: This adjustment shortens the windshield and provides a clear view of the ground in front of you. Especially useful for offroad driving.
